Thank you so much for visiting my website! I am encouraged by your bravery in seeking additional support as you venture through this season of life!

Each one of us, no matter where we come from, who we grew up with or what we were taught, can experience anxiety, frustration, depression, confusion about life, relationships, work, family and everything else in between. Therapy is a helpful way to gain unbiased support and insight in order to work towards health and whole living. I believe it is my job, as your therapist, to offer hope, support, an alternative perspective and encouragement on your journey. This is about you. And my hope is that through counseling, you will learn to hear your own voice, gain confidence in yourself and your relationships and be able to come to a sense of peace with what life has handed you both in the past, present and in the future.

My approach to working with you is eclectic in the sense that I do not believe that every person can be treated with one specific healing modality. I want to make sure that we find something that works for you! I believe that therapy is a collaborative process; you are the expert on your own life and so I welcome your input and everything you bring into the session. I desire to work with you in processing through the issues that life has handed you.

I have a passion for working with all sorts of individuals from all sorts of backgrounds! My specialties and areas of passion include working with individuals who have been in, are in or are trying to get out of an Abusive or Domestically Violent (also called Intimate Partner Violence) relationship, as well as individuals who are in relationships with addicts (drugs, alcohol, pornography, gambling, etc.), individuals who have suffered from abuse of all kinds (sexual, physical, emotional, psychological, verbal), spiritual and religious trauma and abuse, healing from the Purity Culture, complex trauma, and working on co-dependency and boundary issues.
